Start Up

Missionmapping's "Start Up" program begins the process of implementation of your leadership’s planning efforts. "Start Up" may follow The Missionmapping's Workshop or The Missionmapping Analysis directly as a sequential step, or the program may be the next step for those organizations that have gone through a strategic planning process. "Start Up" may also take the form of a Market Study for those organizations considering a mission funding campaign, or the structuring phase for an organized fund drive.

In all cases, "Start Up" is intended to build upon the vision of leadership by mapping the details of their aspirations for the future. "Start Up" is always a short-term engagement, typically lasting two to three months, depending upon the project, and never lasting more than six months.
